Firstly, I'd like to thank you for getting my exhaust made and supplied so quickly. I really appreciate the turnaround time. I just wanted to send through some feedback on the fitment.

I have to say, I'm very impressed with the fitment and overall quality of the exhaust. I only had to make a couple of very minor changes, and otherwise it fitted extremely well.

I've attached some photos.

For reference, my car is a 1957 Chev 210 4-door, factory RHD, with the original factory steering box.

The only two things I found were:

1. 1. I had to slightly bend the handbrake cable pulley to provide clearance to the collector.
   2. The finished position of the exhaust is quite close to the floor. This may potentially cause an issue depending on the type of crossmember or engine mounts being used, although I think it will be fine in my application.

My engine mounts are weld-in mounts that position the engine in the factory location. Obviously, other aftermarket mounts may position the engine lower or further forward, depending on the design, and I understand this is already explained on your website.

For my particular application, if the pipes leading down to the collectors were approximately 20mm longer, I think this would have eliminated the contact with the handbrake pulley and also provided a little more clearance underneath the car. That probably would have made the fitment 100% perfect for my application. Having said that, it's certainly nothing I can't easily deal with, and I realise some people prefer to have the exhaust tucked up as close to the floor as possible.

All said and done, I'm very happy with the exhaust and the quality of the workmanship. Thanks again for getting it done so quickly.

Got the unit just now and fitted it.........

PROBLEM SOLVED !!!

Your set up fitted straight up no problems with clearance but I rotated the mount one more hole to the last position which suited even better. Battery post will not be a problem. Mate, this solution saved me major possible headaches AND I get a better starter set up, being reduction, as a result.
